About This Course
This course focuses on the fundamentals and techniques of investigating accidents. It aims to prepare individuals to lead and conduct investigations for incidents of various categories and classes, that may impact the industrial environment. The course emphasizes the importance of systematic accident investigations in evaluating the overall safety program, finding its root causes and contributing factors, and the responsibilities of those safety in charge within the organizational structure to remedy the findings.
