About This Course
A 3-day course is available for fire service management personnel who are in charge of providing fire, rescue, and Haz-Mat response services at industrial facilities. This course includes group discussions on various industrial scenarios and the most effective ways to respond, and manage them.
Learning Objectives
Acquire the essential knowledge, comprehension, and abilities to fulfill the position of an Industrial Incident Commander or contribute effectively as a member of an Industrial Incident Commanding and Response team.
Requirements
- Electronics is a somewhat math-intensive technology, so a positive (fearless) attitude about math will be helpful.
Target Audience
- Anyone who works in an industrial setting and is responsible for filling command or general staff positions in accordance with NFPA 1081.
- These positions include initial attack, extended operation, and response to all-risk, all-hazard emergencies such as rescue, fire, and hazmat incidents.
