About This Course
Permit-to-work systems are implemented to control high-risk work activities that could result in serious or disabling injuries due to simple human error. This course aims to introduce all employees to the permit-to-work (PTW) system and familiarize them with the roles and responsibilities of different workers, ranging from the site in charge to shopfloor employees.

This typically includes Line Managers, Maintenance Managers and Engineers, Supervisors, Safety Advisors, and those who have been selected to become new Permit Issuing Authorities (those who issue and monitor the permit to work).
